1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by PRIVATEHOUSE Media Co. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

PRIVATEHOUSE Media Co. provides talent management, content strategy, brand partnerships, and social media growth services for content creators and influencers. The scope of services will be defined in individual agreements with represented talent.

3. Representation Agreement

Representation by PRIVATEHOUSE Media Co. is contingent upon:

• Successful completion of our evaluation process
• Mutual agreement on representation terms
• Execution of a formal representation agreement
• Compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in individual contracts

4. Exclusivity and Obligations

Unless otherwise specified in individual agreements, representation may involve exclusive or non-exclusive arrangements. Represented talent agrees to:

• Maintain professional conduct on all platforms
• Comply with brand partnership obligations
• Provide timely communication regarding opportunities
• Adhere to content guidelines and standards

5. Compensation and Fees

Compensation structure, commission rates, and payment terms will be outlined in individual representation agreements. All financial arrangements are confidential between the Company and represented talent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by represented talent remains the property of the talent unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company may use talent's name, likeness, and content for promotional purposes related to our services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, business strategies, financial terms, and non-public information shared during the course of representation.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the representation agreement according to terms specified in individual contracts. Obligations existing at the time of termination will continue to be honored.

9. Limitation of Liability

PRIVATEHOUSE Media Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
